Exposing Arizona’s Political Corruption

and a special showing of

Bill Moyers’ The United States of ALEC

Join Arizona Advocacy Network Foundation to expose how lobbyists and Big Money buy more access, influence and representation with officials using campaign cash than working voters could ever afford. We begin with a special 41 minute showing of Bill Moyers’ United States of ALEC (American Legislative Exchange Council). ALEC is now under investigation for alleged tax fraud, using a charitable tax exempt status while lobbying Arizona lawmakers on behalf of corporate members behind closed doors and out of the public eye. We then highlight important bills being voted on by the legislature for the benefit of ALEC corporate members and other efforts to attack Clean Elections, Voting Rights, Worker Rights, Fair Courts and more.

Learn more about our March 18, 2013 U.S. Supreme Court hearing to defend every eligible citizen’s right to register to vote and how to get involved in our citizen's veto to fight back HB2305; an anti-voter power-grab at the expense of voters

Starfire Golf Club is located in north central Scottsdale and offers beautiful views of the McDowell Mountains. The course is a hidden gem in Scottsdale and offers 27 holes lined with many mature eucalyptus, pine and cottonwood trees. The "King" Nine was designed by Arnold Palmer and opened in 1988. Palmer also redesigned the Squire and Hawk nines making them more challenging with bunkers and water hazards coming into play on 13 holes. Starfire offers a full service restaurant and pro shop as well as Wedding and Event services.
